That is why we said we need somebody with knowledge on technology to assist the board. In this particular organisation, there are a lot of ICT issues that need to be dealt with. view

By the time somebody is 18 years old and is looking for an identity card, most of them would already be having a phone. We know all our children have phones. It is basically important that we include a telephone number. But, it is not mandatory. It is an option. view

Tonui is saying is true because sometimes when you buy a motor vehicle, it takes a while before it is transferred to you. It takes between one and two weeks. During that period, you need an insurance cover so that you can use the vehicle. view

During the Supplementary Budget Estimates II, we reduced close to Kshs5.5 billion on literacy programme and this was supposed to go and buy about 3,000 devices for those schools that have not received the devices and some money to go to the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) and the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) to undertake training and development for our students. So I request that if there will be additional resources, we return the Kshs5.5 billion. view
