We are proposing the deletion of the word “religious” and substituting therefor the word “an”, so that it can read “an institution”. In (v), we are proposing the deletion of sub- paragraph (b)(ii). In part (b), we are seeking to amend paragraph (2) by deleting sub-paragraph (b), for the same reasons I gave earlier on. view
