If you look at the amendment to Regulation 18, we said, delete subparagraph “d”, which is exactly what you are looking at there. You then substitute therefor the word “share as loan”. What we have done is that the entire amount which should have gone to the church, which should have gone to any group, is now supposed to be treated as a loan going to the constituency. view

The exams are done in November – four months after. I want to agree with the other Members that the DEO in that particular area and even the principal who actually took the decision that the girl should not do the exam are in breach of Article No.53(2) of the Constitution which says: “A child’s best interests are of paramount importance in every matter concerning the child.” view
