These committees in many instances are created as time saving devices jus to buy time. Two months ago the Permanent Secretary for Transport went to the site and ordered that the port be expanded one kilometre in that direction and one kilometre in the other direction. Will this committee that you have set up take into account this sort of arbitrary developments, or will you have a clear cut map and then we stick to it? view
