In fact, I think the first person who should contribute to that amendment is the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security, because proposing a taskforce means that it will take a short time. So, it is now time for us, as the leadership and the Government, to put in place mechanisms to organise the sector. Hon. Deputy Speaker, the amount of Kshs20 million that was going to constituencies was helping. As we do the national trunk roads, we can also communicate internally within the constituencies, districts and now the counties. However, that money has been reduced to Kshs13 million per constituency. Could the Chair, maybe, shed light on why that happened when we are supposed to be getting more money for constituency roads?
