It would be embarrassing for any nation to see that a President has been delayed for six hours because he is using a commercial plane. It is good to understand the beginning of the story behind their appointment. In the first place, there was no order. There was a just a judgment without a court order. That judgment was misdirected because the Permanent Secretary, Office of the President did not sign the gazette notice which established the county commissioners. It was signed by His Excellency the President. Therefore, it was erroneous. That is why the Permanent Secretary decided to go to court. view
