Mr. Speaker, Sir, we, as a House, also have a responsibility. The Ministry said that its budget is limited for such particular machines. That opens a discussion so that the situation can be salvaged because that is a problem that we are all facing. I have mentioned that the budget is limited and that has to be addressed.
