• 5 Mar 2014 in Senate: I would like to pay tribute to the parents of Ms. Lupita for a great foundation and good upbringing that they gave to her and also for her life. You can give a child what you can, but I think Lupita has proven herself. What we have seen is commendable. What I am only urging as one of our colleagues said is to nurture Ms. Lupita from there.
