• 24 Nov 2021 in National Assembly: I thank the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, Hon. Wanga. We have consulted on reducing the amount of Kshs1 million to Ksh500,000. It was very difficult but we had to do it because of the way things are in the country regarding the National Treasury and other people. I am also glad that the Chair has withdrawn parts (b) and (c) of her amendment in favour of my proposed amendment. view

Wakati mtu anakatwa pesa zake ni harusi. Lakini wakati wa kulipwa ni matanga. Wakati tunapeana pesa za uzeeni ama pension, huwa tunakatwa kila wakati na kila mwezi. Wakati tunaenda kudai pesa hizo, unaweza kupata mtu ameenda kwa maofisi leo na kesho na hata miaka. Kuna wakati nilikuwa nimeleta Swali kwamba kulikuwa na mzee alikuwa anataka pesa zake. • 17 Nov 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chair. I agree with the Committee and I want to ask Hon. Wamalwa, to think about putting the qualification for the expert even higher, so that it even covers what he is talking about. I agree with the Committee. view
• 17 Nov 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I want to disagree with Hon. Shamalla. It should be an infertile person and not a couple. I disagree even with Sankok in what he said. I agree with what Hon. Millie has said. It could be a widow and the donor may have been the husband who kept the sperm in a sperm bank to be used at a later date. So what happens? Can they not use it because the donor is not alive? I do not agree with that. view
