  • 16 Aug 2016 in National Assembly: I would have gone further but time is not on our side. I want every member to go through this Report. • 19 Jul 2016 in National Assembly: Asante sana, Mhe.
  • 19 Jul 2016 in National Assembly: zamani jinsi watu walivyokuwa wanafunzwa katika shule. Wabunge 16 wako hapa na sote tumetoka shule moja. Tuna nidhamu ya hali ya juu. Asante sana. view
  • 5 May 2016 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I hope that as a Member of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, I will not be denied my chance to contribute. I am simply congratulating the gentleman’s agreement between the Leader of the Majority Party and my Chairperson. As a Committee, we are yet to table our report that will give each and every Member an opportunity to contribute. view
  • 5 May 2016 in National Assembly: That is what I am saying, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like an opportunity to debate the Motion when other Members will have a chance to contribute. I was simply congratulating the Leader of the Majority Party, and my Chairperson for the gentleman’s agreement. view
  • 5 May 2016 in National Assembly: I would like the Chair of the Committee and his colleagues to lend me their ears. Once again, I wish to be on record that this is another day when this House is going to continue killing a constitutional office. What they are planning to do by saying that the NLC shall implement--- view
  • 5 May 2016 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I would have used another synonym but I will reserve my comments and say “the Committee”. The Committee shall be on record for killing constitutional offices. They are trying to do this by deleting Subsection 1 and substituting it with a new subsection. The Committee is killing the NLC. The Committee is also saying that the national Government shall administer settlement programmes in consultation with the NLC. The original Act says that the Commission shall assist the national Government and the county governments in the administration of settlement programmes. view
