• 27 Feb 2024 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for the opportunity to support, with changes, the Report by the Standing Committee on Energy. Madam Temporary Speaker, I commend them for the good work they have done. There are just a few things they overlooked. One of them is that Masinga Dam produces 1.56 billion cubic meters of water, capable of generating 40 Megawatts of electricity, yet there are homes surrounding Masinga Dam that have no electricity. I wonder why they cannot consider and connect all those people with electricity. view
