Baada ya kugatua hizi maktaba kwa gatuzi tulizozipeleka, tulipeleka kila kitu, ikiwemo wafanyakazi na bajeti. Kwa hivyo, suala la ni vipi Serikali ya kitaifa inasaidia, nafikiri jukumu hilo sasa ni lenu nyinyi Wabunge.
