Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. This is a very important Statement, and I actually sympathize with most of the hon. Members, who are operating in constituencies that are not sub-counties. I want to say that the Committee has been following this issue very fast. All the time, even in the Committee we have been following up on this issue. There are more than 46 constituencies that are not gazetted as sub- county registration centres, or operational areas for census delivery.
