They are mentioned in the Constitution. On the issue of the flag, I want to stress that the President, the Deputy President, the Chief Justice and High Commissioners can fly it. On 30th June, 2014, the Member of Parliament for Lurambi requested for a Statement regarding the alleged increased cases of insecurity in Kakamega. He stated that in the last few months at least four dismembered bodies have been recovered including a body of a 12-year old pupil which was found near the Winners’ Church.
