Actually, the magistrates misapplied the law and all it took was a proper explanation to the public on what the law is, so that the magistrates could correctly interpret the law. • 10 Jun 2014 in Senate: Even the reporters were misinformed because there was a very big article in The Sunday Nation saying: “Wako has brought an unconstitutional law which should be repealed immediately.” But nothing has happened because I upheld the constitutionality of that law, which is still there to date.
