Members will remember that this is the Committee that was investigating the matter of the Ruaraka High School land. We saw the Chair of the National Lands Commission (NLC) in the Press the day before yesterday aggressively fighting because of that report. It is incumbent on the Departmental Committee on Lands to table the report that they have come up with. Rasso has said, it will be needless to punish the young cohorts at the NYS. Hon. Dr.Eseli has said that we should not even use these youths as political puppets. I agree with the Leader of the Majority Party that, indeed, even those constituencies that did not benefit should benefit from the rollout of the programme. view
