Was it a priority for this Committee to belittle issues that concern security and the lives of Kenyans as raised by Members? I remember how Hon. Rasso and Members from Isiolo and Marsabit have been crying out to the Committee. Many times, the Chairman of the Committee would assert that the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government was not available.
