Was it a priority for this Committee to belittle issues that concern security and the lives of Kenyans as raised by Members? I remember how Hon. Rasso and Members from Isiolo and Marsabit have been crying out to the Committee. Many times, the Chairman of the Committee would assert that the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government was not available. However, today, on his own prompting, he is available with full broadcast by the media. view

However, on finance matters, it is possible for Equity Bank, Uganda, to organise syndicated loans to an individual or an organisation in Uganda to the tune of Ushs15 billion but it may not be possible, even with the capitalisation of Equity Bank, Uganda, to lend money as an institution.
