Actually, we will even write a letter to the Cabinet Secretary (CS) to post officers to 182 sub-counties. I know they will talk about funds, but we will do our best to ensure that this is done. Members an opportunity to hold a church harambee . It is not within the beacons of the law and so, I want to agree with him. I also want to agree with hon. Akuja and hon.
