Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is round two of calling the Questions and Mr. Boaz Kaino has just walked out. Can I ask Question No.887 on behalf of Mr. Boaz Kaino?

On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The allegations against the hon. Member and others are serious. Hon. Mwau has, on many occasions, been in this House asking for Ministerial Statements from the same Government. I do not want to remind you, but this is the same Government that cannot even protect a Turkana or Pokot. So, I am requesting the Chair to be stricter on the Government to deal with issues which hon. Members raise in this House. In particular, the hon. Member has said that he fears his life is in danger. More so, he ...

On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not know whether you heard what the Minister said; that he cannot mention or will not table the names which have been mentioned. It is becoming a trend within the Government not to reveal the names which have been mentioned where corruption is concerned.

I am getting there, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister has rightly said that, that audit report is in public domain. On the same basis, is he in order to say that he cannot bring those names and table them in the House while they are in public domain?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Nobody in this House, or in any other Parliament in the world, would want to share the Floor of the House or the National Assembly with a drug dealer or a drug baron. We have been faced with challenges from the Government. Whenever we want information from the Government, it is not forthcoming. When we want information on drug dealers, the information is not forthcoming or is not completed. When we want information on who owns the Grand Regency, they have no idea. When we want information on who is dealing ...

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, to finish, the United States of America (USA) is a friendly nation, but it appears that it does not have any trust in giving any information to this Government. This matter will be better off handled at the Committee level, because they have no confidence and that is why they have refused to give information to the Government.

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. My good friend was doing very well, but we know the Cockar Report on the former Grand Regency Hotel was never officially availed, but through our own connections we have it; indeed, we find him to have a case to answer. Since he is very well connected in the Government, that report has never been availed to this House. So, is he in order to come and purport to be an angel when we know what that report says?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You heard the Minister say that I was commissioned to value the hotel. The law is very clear on the Valuers Act. Every valuer as an individual is licensed. So, go and check your facts and you will find the person who signed that report is not one. Charles Kilonzo! Maybe the firms you worked with, I have interest in them. Nothing else.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Athi River flows through, among other constituencies, Yatta. Barely two months ago, this matter was raised here; where we had cases of dead fish. In as late as February/March, there are some parts of the constituency along Athi River, where there was cholera outbreak because of the water here.
