Were there no members of the public who were at the venue when the secretariat arrived? What can she say about that? I would want to tell Mr. Rueben Monda that in African culture, we have a dispute resolution mechanism and that can be solved within the family. I want to know if he has used that formula to at least bring this to the attention of the elders or to the Abagusii.
