We should get value for money from the stadia that are being constructed. Moi Sports Centre, Kasarani is less than 20 years old, but it has consumed a lot of money on renovations, yet there is a stadium that was built in 1933 in Germany, and it has never been renovated. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the same problem that happened in Maranda High School--- I am building a case to show that what happened in that school is not isolated in this case. This is because what you hear from hon. Namwamba is the same case that happened in my school. The kids who got “Y” in their results, without that subject, they still had enough points to enable them join university. This shows that these kids never colluded or cheated in the examinations. If the Chief Executive Officer is not able to handle the KNEC, he should resign. view
