When Judiciary is underfunded, we cannot expect much in the delivery of services. That is why last year, the Chief Justice lamented a lot about lack of funds for the Judiciary. This annual Report, therefore, helps us to know the progress of our courts and the extent they have gone with their work. The Bill seeks to introduce electronic registration which will help to ease mode of registering companies, and other businesspeople, including foreign investors. If we pass this law, it will enable people to invest in this country more. Our economy will grow through businesses. The youths will benefit a lot. Remember, many of them are not employed. When investors set up businesses in this country, they will attract many young people of this country in terms of securing jobs ... view
