I concur with most of the Members and I support the Motion of the seven listed names. I declare that one of the members comes from my county. She did a good job in the IEBC. I equally support the names that have been listed.

As we have heard, the NG-CDF has done a good job on the ground. We all must support it. We oversee the NG-CDF but we need to look at the stalled projects. The board coming on board now should look at the stalled projects that were abandoned and complete them.

Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am geared to contribute on the Report by the PAC because I am a Member. However, from the outset, I support the Report by the PIC. I want them to be keener on parastatals. These are key Government institutions and we are left wondering why some have not obtained title deeds. Thank you. I support.

Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity to support this Report on funding of political parties. In my opinion, it is a good Report but it should not be used to open a Pandora’s Box for every Tom, Dick and Harry to register a political party. Like my colleague has said, we should narrow down to those political parties that manage to bring Members of Parliament to the National Assembly, failure to that, they should not get any funding.
