  • 26 Nov 2009 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Members are consulting very loudly. We cannot hear what the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs is saying. view
  • 19 Nov 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you look at the amounts being quoted in connection with roads--- We are talking about Kshs140 million to repair a section of a road of about 40 kilometres long. • 8 Sep 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for the answer which is quite relevant, except that the number of people who have lost their lives on this road has been under quoted. Last month, a matatu and a lorry collided on the same road and 12 people lost their lives on the spot. Despite all that, could the Assistant Minister tell this House when this will be done as a matter of urgency? view
  • 8 Sep 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not want to ask any further question because I think the Assistant Minister has satisfied me in his answer. view
