Muthomi Njuki on the waiver of debts owed by the Meru South SACCO. I would like to remind this House that during the Coalition Government, the SACCOs of Kirinyaga got a waiver of about Kshs1billion, but so far about Kshs300 million has not been availed to farmers. Farmers have continued to suffer because the banks which gave them loans cannot release their titles.
