On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Am I in order to raise the issue that the Minister has appointed only people from the Ministries to form the regulatory committee, whereas the stakeholders in the private sector and other bodies that are affected probably would have given more input about how they suffer when it comes to licences?
