Also recently when we decided to increase the food production in this country we went to Bura and His Excellency went and commissioned that project, but the Ministry’s activities have been a bit disjointed. In spite of all the problems that we are having, we need to relook at this Traffic Bill with the intention of improving our own security on the roads. The Assistant Minister happened also to visit Ol Kalou. The contractor deserted the place after he won the tender. He has done nothing. If you look at Ndaragwa, only 35 per cent of the works has been done. In Nyandarua, markets have not been constructed.
