• 21 Jun 2023 in Senate: Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am glad that the Senator concedes to the fact that corruption and those other issues on giving of permits is a rumour. I can give the actual position because I am open and accountable to Parliament. We cannot stop Parliament from making an inquiry and we are ready to provide any information if so asked. However, the position is that we are in an ambitious process of trying to open the Government to scrutiny for everyone. That is why we are running an e-Government.
