Therefore, it is important that we have provisions for right of access to information so that whenever that child is an adult at 18 years, he/she can make an application to a relevant authority, to be allowed to get the information regarding its birth. I support the Petition on the grounds that as we continue to expand our practice out of Kenya into Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and elsewhere, it is important that we also reciprocate by having enabling environment and law that is going to help those who are being admitted to come and practise here as we do in their countries.
