• 5 Nov 2014 in Senate: Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. This is a very straight forward Motion although it is stressing more on private practitioners and doctors without talking of the services. You can have very good doctors or personnel, but they may not have facilities that will give them the ability to do what they are supposed to do. The issue of services ought to have been part of this Motion. If doctors are leaving the county governments to go to private hospitals, personally I have no problem with that.
