• 6 Aug 2014 in Senate: Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I have the Constitution here. He did not specify which section of the Constitution he is talking about. We should go by the Constitution. I am not here to say something which is outside the Constitution. The only thing that Sen. Wako should do is to let us know which section of the Constitution he is reading so that we can also compromise. view
