I also thank you for the initiative of training clerks from different counties. Last week, we had delegation from Kakamega County. I am honoured to see my county getting capacity building. I know this will empower them to deliver quality work effectively and efficiently. I wish them a fruitful stay here in Nairobi. I also thank other counties that have joined us today. view
