However, let me thank the Member for trying to do what the Government should be doing on its own. The issue of pastoralism is an issue generally of agriculture. How is it possible that the Government can gazette a grazing land as a forest without consulting the pastoralists? This is very important because it is a tenet of our Constitution that the public must be consulted. If the public is against it, you cannot do it. view
