One year down the line, a Chairperson of a Committee cannot be new. As these investigations go on, Committee Chairperson cannot go and address Committee issues in the Press Centre, leaving behind the Members of the Committee. Speaker, lastly, I wanted to ask the Leader of Majority Party to clarify if the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, which is before the House does not contain any issues as the one which we kicked out a few months ago. Even if this Bill is not party-sponsored, from the Chair, it was ruled a week ago that ordinarily we will take the leadership of the House to speak on a Motion or a Bill, and then you go according to seniority. Your own boss ruled that. view
