Mbadi for knowing that we need to boost our Strategic Grain Reserves. I want to go further and say that this House this afternoon needs to recommend further the mode of distribution of food to our people, who are dying of hunger. I want to thank the Minister for listening to us yesterday because after what this country went through, we were only lucky that somewhat the Committee on the Implementation of the Constitution (CIOC) was competent.
