I want to differ with the Member who has just spoken, that this is a small thing that you can just wake up and get even tomorrow. It is not easy. • 5 Nov 2020 in National Assembly: It is not true that it is very easy to get a death certificate. Recently, when my father passed on, they asked me whether he passed on at home or in hospital. So, it was a matter of procedure that I went to the chief, so that he or she could give me the letter, so that I could take it to get the death certificate. When it comes to the challenges that we are facing in our areas, everything is being directed to the chiefs or assistant chiefs. When it comes to the chief or the assistant chief, you will see that it can take even six months before somebody gets a birth certificate. Suppose that a person is a candidate, he or she will miss out on the examination. I support this Motion and urge Members to support it. I thank you. view

• 17 Sep 2020 in National Assembly: Caleb akisema tunaweza kuwa na dawa za kienyeji. Naona ni vizuri sana, lakini ni lazima tuwe na mahabara zetu za kupima madawa hayo. Wengi wanaotumia madawa ya kienyeji wanasema huenda yanaponya ugonjwa wa ukimwi, wengine wanasema inawapatia nguvu. Tukiwa na mahabara ambazo zinaweza kupima hayo madawa na yasaidie watu, itakuwa nzuri. Iwapo hatujafunza hawa watu jinsi ya kutumia hizi mashine au iwapo hawajapata ujumbe kamili, hiyo ni changamoto.
