6 May 2009 in National Assembly:
But it is crucial, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, that as leaders, we realize that what we have concentrated on in the last one year are statements that are not useful to this country. We are just playing to the galleries permanently whenever we come to make our contributions here. The best that we have done is to show disrespect to our institutions. 30 Apr 2009 in National Assembly:
First, part âcâ of his answer seems to be at variance with part âcâ of my Question. What has been addressed are the steps being taken by the Ministry to ensure that placement and salaries are commensurate with the qualifications. My Question was: What steps are being taken to ensure that the staff are not placed at grades and salaries that are disadvantageous to them?

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with that opinion because it is true that we have very many names from across the country. It is important that hon. Members are given an opportunity to scrutinise them.
