  • 21 Feb 2012 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. You heard the Assistant Minister say that part of the water problem in Kileleshwa is because of the water pipes which are either old or too small. One would expect that when plans are submitted for approval for construction of high-rise buildings, they cannot be approved unless provision has been made for supply of power and also water. • 15 Feb 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the words “stepping aside” is foreign in the public service as the Minister must know that there is either suspension or interdiction. Is it in order for the Minister to mention the words that have no relation or meaning at all in the public service? view
  • 15 Feb 2012 in National Assembly: Asante sana Bw. Spika. Mambo ambayo jambo hili kwekwe si lakuchuliwa urahisi.
