My understanding of the Land Acquisition Act is that everything under it is supposed to be implemented by the Ministry of Lands, and not by any other agency. Is it in order for the honourable Assistant Minister to say that the payment is to be made by the Ministry of Roads when he is fully aware that the responsibility is on his Ministry and not on the Ministry of Roads? view
