The Committee met and received views from the following stakeholders- (a) The Public Service Commission; (b) The Council of Governors; and, (c) The National Consultative Forum of County Public Service Board, Uasin Gishu and County Public Service Board County Assemblies Forum. They conducted their activity outside the precincts of the Assembly, and it has nothing to do with the activity as you have mentioned in Standing Order No.96(5). We did our duty as a Committee.
