That way, we can live without depending on other people. We will be self-reliant and then we can also have own dignity. Hon. Speaker, Sir, when you depend on other people, even your dignity is in problem, you are troubled, you cannot stand on your own and you cannot have your voice. We are looking forward to this Bill to come to this august House, so that we can discuss it and look at the possibility of having the farmers and the people compensated adequately as we take care of our wildlife. I am speaking with a lot of pain because many livestock from my constituwency is with our neighbours. This has been a regular occurrence. I do not know whether the Government is not able to protect its own citizens. Even as we deploy KPR, a lot of money is allocated to the security agents. We can also be able to convert that problem into an opportunity because we could make fertilizer out of it. We could even recycle polythene papers into useful products. However, in this Motion I would urge the Government to either partner with or encourage the private sector because I am not sure whether the Government will be in the business of establishing factories for recycling waste.
