My neighbourhood is unable to sleep at night because of the noise that comes from Salongo Bar. All our efforts as the neighbourhood to have it closed have failed! I do not know why! It is prominent people of Kenya who like posh places to hide at night. They are not alone when they come there. They have become a nuisance to Kaputei Association, of which I have been a member for many years.
