Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I apologise for the anomaly. Our committee clerk is out of the country and he had asked his associate to stand in for him. I think that is where there was a communication breakdown. Had I known, I would have made sure he had a copy. I apologise for that little mishap. I could give him my copy or ensure that he gets one by the end of the day.
