I am just wondering whether it is in order, because I am on record to have said that we will need to look at possible legislation on impeachment, which legislation perhaps none of them has read. It is to guide you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Suffice to note that what Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki is talking about is not a Bill yet; they are just proposals by various people. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I just wanted to note that Article 181 of the Constitution on grounds of removal include abuse of office or gross misconduct. Had the charges been brought under Article 181(c) on abuse of office, or if in future, the question of charges of abuse of office are to be brought in relation to any Governor, the question of gross violation does not arise.
