Is the Senate Minority Leader in order to introduce unhealthy, unhelpful and dishonest political issues in a Motion to establish this Committee? In particular, is the Senate Minority Leader in order to talk about the Jubilee Coalition strengthening the provincial administration at the expense of county governments? He is aware that this matter has already been discussed by the President, by all Governors in their Council and they agreed that the issue was handled professionally, constitutionally and legitimately.
