So, I was moving my amendment to amend the Minister’s amendment further. If it was procedural, then the question you were to put was the Minister’s amendment as further amended by my amendment, because the Minister’s amendment is a sub-set of my amendment. view

The Minister should have gone the whole hog and netted as much revenue as there is in this market. It is a step forward and we look forward to making further amendments in subsequent years. view
