Mr. Speaker, Sir, according to Article 240 of the Constitution, the National Security Council comprises of the President, the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Defence and Internal Security which the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security occupies. The Chairman of the National Security Council is the Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces. I believe that the Commander-in-Chief commands the Defence Forces.
