I just want to add my voice and also mention that I do not like the word “disadvantaged persons” because such words can be misused and played around with. In South Africa, sometimes back there was something called “black empowerment” and in the process of registering their companies, people took drivers, cooks and house helps and put them there and in the end they were the ones who were doing business. • 5 Mar 2015 in National Assembly: up in the wrong hands. We have to very careful and the words have to be very clear. Let us not use these words. Even if they really wanted to change, they should have used “marginalised groups” because those are the words in the Constitution. I hope this goes a long way in assisting Kenyans; the youth, disabled persons and the women. Thank you. view

The issue of academic qualifications of Boinnet has been discussed at length. They end up having a Masters Degree after their Higher National Diploma. At the same time, the issue of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya has been discussed. It is important for this issue to be cleared once and for all, so that nominees are not subjected to a process that appears to be humiliating. Ni wazi kwamba labda watu wakiwa Nairobi hawawezi kujua hazina hii imefanya nini, haswa katika maeneo ya mashinani na mashambani, ambako kumekuwa na matatizo kwa muda mrefu sana. Akina mama walikuwa wakijifungua njiani, na kuhatarisha maisha yao na maisha ya watoto waliobeba . Imekuwa wanaweza kufikia matibabu kwa haraka iwezekanavyo kwa sababu hazina hii imeweza kuwafanyia kazi.
