It is also a requirement that the motor cycles have insurance for their motor bikes. Those who do not have the insurance are actually breaking the law. If a motor cycle operator does not have a helmet, he is arrested. But I will talk to my friend here the Assistant Minister, Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. If, indeed, there is such harassment it should be stopped. But I am not aware of that kind of harassment. view

As soon as that report is out, we shall decide whether there are people who can be taken to court or not. view
