I know of a case of a mother--- I think there is a relationship between the families that cannot afford education for their children and the number of children they bring up. I do not know why in most cases you find that such parents normally get very many kids, while the rich normally practice family planning. The Chairperson should, in particular, address this matter as it applies to Chuka/Igambang’ombe Division in Meru South District.
